MR-3 Palletizing Robot

The MR-3 is a precise desktop palletizing robot with smooth, silent movements, designed for small-scale industrial automation.

Specs:S

  • 450mm maximum reach

  • 0.6kg payload

  • 0.05mm repeatability

  • 400mm/s TCP speed

Designed from scratch in SOLIDWORKS, 3D printed, and assembled. Integrating machine elements results in a solid and rigid structure.

  • Bearings on every joint

  • Palletizer parallel mechanisms

  • Motors 1-3 located at the base for lower inertia

  • HTD 3M belt and pulley reductions

Robots in Production

Small businesses deploying the MR-3 as a reliable, easy-to-use, plug-and-play automation solution across multiple industries:

  • PCB assembly

  • Beverage packaging

  • Painting

  • Injection molding

  • Photo products manufacturing

  • Bakery production

  • Porcelain manufacturing

  • Seat belt manufacturing
